Positive: Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel itself is special, with a unique charm and atmosphere. The service throughout our visit was excellent, but the breakfast deserves a special mention—it was the most memorable and delightful we have ever had. A huge thank you to Lady Spmenka, whose attentive and kind service during breakfast time made each morning perfect and gave us the greatest support. Furthermore, we were thrilled with the outstanding support from the reception staff. They went above and beyond by kindly providing us with a complimentary room upgrade and an additional massage, which made our experience even more luxurious and relaxing. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.
